Request for Proposal

Brightside St. Louis is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional services to enhance and execute a multi-faceted media campaign to engage and energize the St. Louis Region to “Recycle Responsibly”  Bid specifications are available to download at the following link: 2022 RFP Regional Recycling Message – Brightside.

Bid are due November 16, 2022 by 3:00 P.M. either by mail or in person to Brightside St. Louis.
