New Pick Up Times and Process for Blitz Blooms!
New Pick Up Times and Process for Blitz Blooms!
This year, groups that have requested their free flower seedlings, can pick up their Dianthus on either Friday, May 15th from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. or Saturday, May 16th from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. at the Greenhouse in Forest Park.
To pick-up your Blitz Blooms:
- Please have your trunk cleaned out prior to arrival.
- You must wear a facemask.
- Simply drive up to the Greenhouse gate/entrance. There is no need to get out of your car. We will greet you there maintaining social distance.
- We will load your trunk with the flowers and you’ll be on your way!
We hope this modified process will expedite the pick-up process and keep everyone safe.
Each year in May, community groups that have come together to clean up the common areas of their neighborhoods have the opportunity to receive free flower seedlings through Brightside St. Louis’ Blitz Blooms program. Every year, Brightside offers seedlings to neighborhood leaders, community organizations, and block groups that will plant the seedlings in public spaces in their area to help beautify neighborhoods in the city of St. Louis.
