Thank You for a Successful Give STL Day

The question was “what can we do in a day” and the answer turned out to be $1,108,815.09 raised for 500+ local nonprofits, including $3,215 just for Brightside St. Louis.

On May 6^th St. Louisans rallied together to support the charities that make our community better, and although the Give STL Day platform was primarily web-based, the spirit of the day inspired others to make contributions via hand delivered checks and snail mail.  No matter the method of delivery, we are grateful for the charitable spirit that Give STL Day created on May 6^th and beyond

We are honored by the immense generosity that was displayed through the support of our donors and would like to sincerely thank each and every one.  We will spend your dollars thoughtfully and wisely to maximize their impact on our community.

Thank you also to the Greater Saint Louis Community Foundation for bringing Give STL Day to fruition and to the sponsors who provided incentives which inspired friendly competition and benefitted everyone.  Great job St. Louis!
