Do Good and Have Fun at Benton Park

Brightside is pleased to partner with Bud Light in an exciting volunteer opportunity to enhance and beautify Benton Park and the community garden across the street.  This summer Bud Light has joined with community groups across the country to organize Bud Light Do Good.  Have Fun. projects to engage young adults in making a meaningful contribution to their community while having fun and meeting new people.

In St. Louis, enhancements will be made to Benton Park and the community garden by Brightside volunteers, including our Young Friends, Bud Light friends and Benton Park neighbors.  They will spend the morning painting barricades around the garden, mulching trees in the park, and establishing a butterfly garden to attract and support Monarchs and other important pollinators.  These improvements will benefit area residents, park visitors and the surrounding community, making St. Louis a cleaner, more beautiful place to live, work and play.

Summer means fun and this summer Brightside is helping Bud Light spread the message that volunteers can have fun while doing good for their community.
