2014 Neighbors Naturescaping Program Kick-Off

Join us on Wednesday, June 4^th at 5:30 p.m. to kick-off the 2014 Neighbors Naturescaping season!  Learn how the Neighbors Naturescaping program can help your community grow.  Brightside staff will go through the application packet in detail and explain the judging criteria considered by the Selection Committee.  Application packets will be distributed and staff will be available to answer your questions.

This year’s application timeline is as follows:

Wednesday, June 4^th, 2014

• Program Kick-Off at 5:30 p.m., 4646 Shenandoah Ave.

Saturday, June 21^st, 2014

• St. Louis Urban Gardening Symposium, 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 4646 Shenandoah Ave.
• Groups planning to submit a Neighbors Naturescaping application are highly encouraged to attend the symposium.

Friday, August 15^th, 2014

• Project applications due by 12:00 p.m.

September 2014

• Selected projects will be announced

October 10^th & 11^th

• Plants available for pick-up (perennials, grasses, shrubs & bulbs)
• Note:  Some trees & shrubs may not be available until November
